URRYDE is a professional tow+ride service designed for a high end market. If the client needs to tow their vehicle, or they only need to book a ride service, they have the ability to make the request catered to their needs, without having to use a basic rideshare app.

Urryde is an emerging premium rideshare brand. It needs to appeal to a higher market as it takes services and comfort to the next level. Users need to get from point A to B in as little time as possible, both in and outside of the app.

We wanted to make login in and getting to user content as simple and friendly as possible

Create User Account

Users can create an account in confidence that they’re providing as little information as possible.

Payment Setup

The user has the ability to set up payment immediately in app, so making payments and getting on with the day is quick and easy.

Set User Destination

Simply type the name of the destination or pick from a list of previous destinations to get where you need to be.

Insert Request Info

Users can easily input their information such as car make and model so they are easy to identify upon pickup.

Choose a Nearby Driver or Request a Favorite Driver

Users are able to see a list of drivers within their area, choose based on waiting time, or request a preferred driver of their choice.

Track Drivers at All Times

Integrated with Google Maps, users can view their driver’s location at a moment’s notice and keep track of their driver’s ETA.

Keep in Contact

Rider’s can contact their driver at any time to make a last minute coffee request or ask any questions.

Detailed Reciepts

Users can see a detailed breakdown of their bill upon payment.

Rate & Favorite Drivers

Drivers are rated on their performance and can be stored for future rides if the user so chooses.

Customer Support

Users can choose a recent trip and file a claim as needed.
